Todd Boehly was born on 20 Sep,1976 in Darien Connecticut. His grandparents moved from Germany.There is no more information about his family. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the College of William and Mary in 1996. He attended the London School of Economics as well. Boehly began working at Citibank and then CS First Boston while attending the London School of Economics.
Career
In year 2001, he joined Guggenheim Partners (global investment and advisory financial services) and launched firm’s credit investing business.In 2013, Boehly oversaw a deal between Time Warner Cable and the Dodgers to establish SportsNet LA, a regional network that would broadcast all Dodgers games and Dodger-related programming.
In 2015, Boehly founded Eldridge, a private holding company that invests in a variety of businesses. Eldridge has offices in Greenwich, Eldridge, New York, London, and Beverly Hills, among other locations around the world. He serves on the boards of Cain International, Kennedy Wilson, PayActiv, Truebill, CAIS, Horizon Acquisition Corporation I, and Horizon Acquisition Corporation II.
Boehly has also made significant investments in real estate. He has invested in a number of real estate firms through Eldridge, including Cain International, Kennedy Wilson, Blackbrook Capital, and others. In 2021, Boehly acquired a minority stake in Langdon Park Capital through Eldridge.
He has invested in several startups, including GoPuff, Dataminr, AnyVision, Wellthy, and Tripledot Studios.Boehly is also a food industry investor. He has invested in companies such as Aurify Brands and Chuck E. Cheese.

Todd Boehly married Katie Boehly, who is also a co-founder of the Boehly Center for Excellence in Finance and a philanthropist who has catered to an organisation attempting to find a cure for epilepsy.
