Dairy products, such as yoghurt, milk, and cheese, are high in calcium, which helps to strengthen bones. People tend to consume less calcium as they get older. If the body does not get enough calcium, it begins to reabsorb it from the bones, making them weak. People with weak bones are more likely to develop osteoporosis. Yogurt also helps to keep your body cool during the summer and keeps you hydrated.

Pumpkin Oatmeal
