Back in May 2020, Rocky opened up about his romance with Rihanna’s Boyfriends and called her the “love of my life.” He told GQ, “So much better. So much better when you got ‘the One.’ She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s the One.”

Rihanna and Rocky attended the 2019 Fashion Awards in London. They even posed for photo-ops together on the red carpet. They were first linked together in 2013 when they were filming their song ‘Fashion Killa’. But they began dating in 2020 January when they were spotted together on a date night.

Rihanna Net Worth: $1.7 Billion

Born Robyn Rihanna Fenty in Saint Michael, Barbados, pop superstar Rihanna has crossed genres and topped charts since her 2005 debut “Music of the Sun.” The artist is considered to be one of the best-selling artists of all time, and Forbes just marked the singer a billionaire — and second behind only Oprah as the wealthiest female entertainer.

Rihanna’s billion dollar net worth wasn’t earned all in one place. Aside from being a decorated performer, this 2009 Glamor Woman of the Year recipient earned her fortune before she even hit 30 years old.

Forbes reports that the bulk of her fortune, around $1.4 billion, comes from the value of Fenty Beauty, with Rihanna owning 50% of the company. The rest comes from her lingerie company Savage x Fenty, which is worth roughly $270 million. The remainder are earnings from her career as a musician.

Rihanna’s first album, 2005’s “Music of the Sun” catapulted her to stardom. Released by Def Jam Records, the album remained on the charts for 35 weeks, according to Billboard. The following year, she released her sophomore album “A Girl Like Me,” which sold 3 million copies and resulted in a $4 million payday.

She kept the momentum going by releasing “Good Girl Gone Bad” in 2007, which sold 7 million copies and earned her $15 million. RiRi released her fourth album “Rated R” in 2009, which sold 3 million copies and added another $5.5 million to her net worth.

By 2010, Rihanna music had become mainstream and the singer was receiving $410,000 per show for her “Last Girl on Earth” tour. She also released “Loud,” which sold 5.7 million copies and earned her $12 million. Her next hit album “Talk That Talk” debuted in 2011 and sold 5.5 million copies, earning her $10.5 million.

Rihanna released her “Unapologetic” album in 2012, which sold 4 million copies and earned her $6.3 million. By this point she was making $800,000 per performance. Some of the best-selling Rihanna songs of all time include “Love the Way You Lie” — performed with Eminem — “We Found Love” — featuring Calvin Harris — and “Disturbia.”

In 2014, she left Def Jam Records to move to the record label of long-time friend and mentor Jay Z, Roc Nation. She released her first album “Anti” with the new label in January 2016, initially making it only available to stream on Tidal. Sales totaled less than 1,000 during its first week, but the album soon reached the No. 1 spot on iTunes and went platinum.

Throughout the years, Rihanna has been linked to a number of love interests, from San Diego Padres outfielder Matt Kemp to Leonardo DiCaprio, actor-turned-rapper Drake — even Kylie Jenner’s baby daddy Travis Scott. But none of these pairings have been as high-profile as her relationship with Chris Brown.

The pair made their romance public in 2008, but in February 2009, Brown assaulted Rihanna in his car and left her bloody and beaten on the side of a street. The couple broke up and briefly reconciled three years later. During the period when they were back together, Rihanna celebrated her 25th birthday and Brown gifted her a pair of $65,000 Neil Lane chandelier earrings.

Just as she has a penchant for expensive jewelry, Rihanna also enjoys luxury homes. In 2012, she purchased an 11,000-square-foot mansion in Pacific Palisades, Calif., for $12 million. Two years later she put it back on the market for $15 million. The singer has been reportedly owns a $22 million home in Barbados, rents a house in London and has two condos in Los Angeles.

In February 2018, RiRi received flak from religious groups in the African nation of Senegal after she was scheduled to be part of an education conference in the nation with French President Emmanuel Macron. According to reports, nearly two dozen Islamic groups protested her inclusion — stating that they believe she has ties to both the Illuminati and the Freemasons.

Rihana’s Acting Career:

The multitalented Rihanna has also proven she can act. In 2012, she made the transition to the silver screen in “Battleship,” which earned $303 million at the box office worldwide. Other Rihanna movies include “This Is the End,” “Annie,” “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets,” and “Ocean’s Eight.” She’s no stranger to the small screen either, with parts on “Love Thy Neighbor,” “Bates Motel” and “Guava Island.”

Rihanna Collaboration With Manolo Blahnik:

In March 2016, Rihanna debuted high fashion footwear for Manolo Blahnik. Denim Desserts — a six-piece collection — appeared in Britain’s Vogue magazine and included thigh-high denim boots, strappy and sequined stilettos, and pointed-toe heels priced between $895 and $3,995.

“This is an incredibly exciting collaboration and I am absolutely thrilled with the results,” said Blahnik. “Working with Rihanna has been amazing, and her drive, passion, creativity and style has been reflected in the designs, with fabulous results.”

Rihanna Endorsements:

Market research company The NPD Group named Rihanna the No. 1 most marketable celebrity in 2016 — great news for the singer, who has a long history of endorsements with many big-name brands.

Rihanna served as the face of a Vita Coco advertising campaign in 2011 and helped the company launch a new flavor of coconut water. That same year, she was signed as the face of skincare company Nivea, but was ultimately fired in 2012 due to her racy image. Instead of letting the Nivea deal get her down, she joined forces with Armani Jeans and Emporio Armani Underwear in 2012 to design her second collection — in addition to serving as the face of the brand for two seasons.

In 2013, she partnered with U.K. fashion retailer River Island to create the Rihanna for River Island collection. The next year, Rihanna signed on as the creative director of Puma and was reportedly paid just over $1 million. She also signed a three-year stint as contributing creative director for Stance socks in 2015.

The “Diamonds” singer has also partnered with MAC and in 2015, the company announced via Twitter that her “Viva Glam” collection sold $50 million worth of products in a one-year period — the highest annual sales a collection for the brand has ever reached.

Also in 2015, the Rihanna Dior “Secret Garden IV” campaign and short film were released, which served as a fitting follow-up to her spring 2014 Balmain campaign.

Rihanna appears to have finally found her prince charming, but here’s a look back at all the exes she had along the way. Rihanna has finally found the man who makes her feel like the only girl in the world: A$AP Rocky. The couple — who apparently have had love and babies on the brain recently — announced in January 2022 that they are expecting their first child. However, prior to dating the rapper, the Savage X Fenty designer found love in a hopeless place with several men with whom things did not work out.

Here is a look back at Rihanna’s full dating history.

  1. Chris Brown

Chris Brown and Rihanna met when they were two young, up-and-coming entertainers in the music industry in 2005. However, they did not start dating until 2007.

In February 2009, the couple had a scandalous split when it was revealed that Brown had physically assaulted Rihanna on their way home from a pre-Grammys party. The “Look at Me Now” singer pleaded guilty to felony assault and completed probation in March 2015 in addition to community service and domestic violence counseling.

Brown and Rihanna briefly reunited in early 2013, with the “Love the Way You Lie” singer telling Rolling Stone at the time, “I decided it was more important for me to be happy. … Even if it’s a mistake, it’s my mistake.” By that April, however, they had broken up for good.

2. Matt Kemp

After her first split from Brown, Rihanna began dating professional baseball player Matt Kemp. The pair sparked dating rumors after being snapped together on New Year’s Eve in 2009 and then on a trip to Mexico in early 2010.

In May 2010, the former LA Dodgers outfielder gushed to Us Weekly, “Yeah! That’s my girl! She’s just a fun person. I love to be around her.”

However, they broke up by December 2010 due to the “Bitch Better Have My Money” singer’s busy schedule.

3. Karim Benzema

Rihanna was then linked to another athlete: soccer star Karim Benzema. She reportedly met the Real Madrid player at a nightclub, and the pair were later photographed hanging out  together at a restaurant in New York in June 2015.

In July of that year, an insider told E! News that Benzema was a good match for the “Diamonds” singer because he understood her hectic schedule and gave her “the space she needs.”

The couple broke up for good in 2017, and a source close to Benzema told the Spanish magazine Don Balon Rosa of the split, “Rihanna loved Karim, and with him, she had a lot of fun. But she told him she did not want to break his heart, and she confessed that she’ll always love Chris Brown. Rihanna said it was difficult to compete.”

4. Lewis Hamilton

It seems Benzema and Rihanna were not exclusive because in August 2015, the “Where Have You Been” singer was spotted vacationing with Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton in her native Barbados. A Page Six spy then saw the pair getting “cozy” at a 1 Oak nightclub in New York City, but their fling ended soon after.

 5. Travis Scott

A month later, Rihanna was caught getting close to another famous face: Travis Scott. TMZ obtained footage of the “Work” singer and the “Sicko Mode” rapper making out at a New York Fashion Week party in September 2015.

They kept their fling under wraps, but when Scott was asked about the “Umbrella” singer for his complex cover story later that year, he told the interviewer to not “do [me] like that, man.” Then, when asked to describe her in three words, he said “creative,” “inspiring” and “muse.”

6. Leonardo DiCaprio

In January 2016, Page Six reported that Rihanna and Leonardo Dicaprio were spotted kissing in a Paris nightclub — although sources close to the stars insisted at the time that they were “just friends.”

The A-listers then fueled romance rumors even more when they were seen hanging out together at Coachella that April.

 7. Drake

Also in 2016, Rihanna and Drake sparked dating rumors of their own when they made appearances at each other’s shows.

The “Hotline Bling” rapper confirmed their romance at the MTV Video Music Awards that August when he said during a touching speech for Rihanna’s Video Vanguard honor that she was “someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22.”

Sources then told Page Six that the pair, who have collaborated on songs such as “Work” and “Take Care,” arrived at a VMA afterparty “looking very much like a couple and very in love.”

Less than two months later, a source told E! News that Rihanna and Drake had split over their schedules but were “still in each other’s lives” as close friends.

However, by June 2018, Rihanna told Vogue that she and Drake no longer had a friendship but were “not enemies either.”

8. Hassan Jameel

In June 2017, Rihanna was spotted making out with Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel while on vacation in Spain. A source said at the time, “This relationship is the real deal. Rihanna has told friends she’s in love with him and seems completely smitten. They’ve been spending a lot of time together away from prying eyes and are really serious. They’re really enjoying each other’s company.”

Things appeared to be taking a serious turn when Jameel was seen out to dinner with Rihanna and her mom. Their relationship was kept mostly out of the spotlight.

In January 2020, the couple called it quits after nearly three years together. A source told people, “Their lives were too different, and it was hard to maintain a relationship.”

9. A$AP Rocky

Rihanna began dating A$AP Rocky almost immediately after her breakup from Jameel, but a source told the sun at the time that the billionaire was “reluctant to put a label on it as it’s so soon after Hassan.”The pair appeared to grow closer by spending a lot of time together in New York City before officially going public in November 2020.By May 2021, Rocky opened up about his relationship for the first time himself, telling GQ that Rihanna was the “love of [his] life” and “the one.”

The couple announced Rihanna’s pregnancy in January 2022 with a snowy photoshoot in the “F–kin’ Problems” rapper’s native Harlem.
