2015 GWA Studebaker Veinte Victorias

Jump to Images

The 1954 Studebaker occupies a very special place in the Carrera Panamericana, and has won the race a total of 20 times since 1988, in part due to its excellent aerodynamics for a car of the 1950s and 1960s, which make up the bulk of the cars competing. It holds wins over cars from Porsche, Jaguar, and Aston Martin.

GWA will manufacture 20 of these cars, with 19 of them in yellow livery for auction, and 1 black car to be used as a future pace car.

Power comes from a 6.2 liter supercharged Corvette V8 producing 620 hp in front of a 6 speed manual gearbox and riding a reinforced turbular chassis. The 19" wheels from GWA showd with Bridgestone tires and backed up by Brembo HPK brakes.
