Iacono Designs has
joined forces with Autocraft of Torrance to develop a very special
high-performance version of the Mini Cooper. A total of 100 cars
will be built as a signature IACONO series. The Airborne Mini Cooper
debuted at the 2006 SEMA show in Las Vegas NV.
The numerous performance
enhancements include new cams and cylinder head from Cosworth,
header from Blue Flame, and cat-back exhaust from Borla. The
440cc injectors, as well as the Direct Flow intercooler, catch can
and blower overdrive pulleys are from M7.
The Wide Body Kit that
gives the car its distinctive stance is from Iacono Designs.
