2016 TechArt Porsche 911 Turbo GTstreet R

TechArt has announced their latest performance upgrade package for the Porsche 911 Turbo, consisting of an aerodynamic package, suspension changes, interior enhancements, and performance increases.

The aerodynamic package increases downforce to 708 lbs at 186 mph, for improved stability and driver control. It consists of a front with an active front spoiler lip directing air onto the water and oil coolers. A central air outlet increases front downforce. Integrated front lights, front aerodynamic side flaps, and a lightweight front lid are included, as are the fenders with air outlets above the front wheel arch to dissipate rising brake heat.

Carbon side skirts tie together the flared fenders both front and rear, while large side ducts funnel air to the intercoolers. The rear apron showcases air outlets, and the visible carbon rear diffuser frames the 4 carbon fiber tailpipes. A visible carbon fiber panel ties together both taillights. Finally, the large rear wing with two winglets rises from the engine lid.

All parts are made of lightweight carbon fiber.

TechArt VarioPlus coilover suspension is available, as is the TechArt Noselift front axle system that can raise the front by 6 centimeters, or over two inches, for ground clearance when needed.

Engine modifications currently increase power to 640 horses, with a 720 hp package available in early 2017.
