2018 McLaren 570GT MSO XP Green

McLaren Special Operations is producing a limited edition of 6 570GT cars that are inspired by the 1997 F1 XP GT Longtail homologation car. The original McLaren F1 was never designed to be a race car, but it still managed to win Le Mans in its first outing in 1995. Fast forward a couple of years, and the need had grown for a car with some design changes to remain competitive. The result was the XP GT Longtail variation.

The Longtail was painted in XP Green, which is echoed in the limited edition, along with green interior inserts contrasting against the Saddle Tan leather.

The 570GT is powered by a 3.8 liter twin-turbocharged V8 producing 562 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque.
