Carbon fiber finds prominent use in the contemporary Range Rover Sport from Mansory. The aerodynamic package begins with the new front spoiler featuring integrated LED running lights. This sits below a new hood from Mansory, which can be seen in exposed carbon fiber in the black car. From the side, front and rear fender flares increase width by 30 mm. Also featured are new side skirts with intakes and new carbon fiber fender vents. The rear carries a new rear spoiler as well as a roof spoiler.

A new engine control unit increases power across the petrol and diesel range. The 5 liter features a new pulley kit on the supercharger for increased pressure. The net result is an additional 108 hp for a total of 615 hp. Even more impressive is the flat torque curve which pulls 590 lb-ft from 2000-5500 rpm.

The most powerful diesel variant, the 4.4 liter SDV8, goes up to 375 hp, and also 590 lb-ft starting from a very low 1300 rpm, and stays there until 3500 rpm.

(from Mansory Press Release) Muscular MANSORY performance upgrades for Range Rover Sport and Range Rover Vogue.

MANSORY Design & Holding GmbH, the renowned sports- and luxury car modification specialists, present their latest developments for the current V6 and V8 range of engines for the Range Rover Sport and Range Rover Vogue.

The MANSORY specialists have tapped into the British SUV’s reserves of power, and unlocked an impressive increase in performance from the diesel engines by integrating an additional engine control unit. To increase the power of the supercharged petrol engines, a pulley kit is used in addition to the additional engine control unit. This increases the manifold pressure in the standard supercharger due to a change in transmission, which forces a greater amount of compressed oxygen into the combustion chamber.

Once the MANSORY-Powerbox is fitted in a simple Plug & Play process, the 3.0l SDV6 diesel engine has 243kW/330PS at 3,700 rpm at its disposal. At the same time, torque increases to an impressive 700Nm at 1,800 rpm (production model: 215kW/292PS at 4,000 rpm and 600Nm at 2,000 rpm).

The turbocharged 3.0l TDV6 diesel engine becomes 214kW/290PS at 3,700 rpm. The torque increases to 700Nm at 1,800 rpm (production model: 190kW/258PS at 4,000 rpm and 600Nm at 2,000 rpm).

The performance of the 4.4l SDV8 diesel engine, goes up to 279kW/380PS at 3,500 rpm. Torque increases to 800Nm at 1,300 – 3,500 rpm (Production model: 250kW/339PS at 3,500 rpm and 700Nm at 1,750 – 3,500 rpm).

The power of the 5.0l V8 petrol engine goes up to a mighty 81kW/110 PS at 456kW/620PS at 5,800 – 6,500 rpm and torque increases to a veritable mountain-moving 800Nm at 2,000 – 5,500 rpm.

Prices for the MANSORY-ECU for diesel engines start at €1.690,- plus VAT. For the additional ECU combined with the pulley kit for petrol engines, prices start at €2.990,- plus VAT.
