Built from 1974 through 1993, the very successful 200 Series was largely responsible for bring Volvo to the forefront of automotive safety. The design shared many features of the 1972 Volvo VESC, or Experimental Safety Car, such as large front and rear crumple zones.

The performance summit of the 200 line was the evolution version of the 240 Turbo which saw much success in touring car racing in the mid 1980s.

This brings us to Zolland Design's sleek interpretation of this iconic coupe based on a Group A homologated 242 EVO.
